Our 12+ step cleaning process is designed to restore your carpets as close to its original condition as possible and to protect it from future soiling and staining. We can clean all types of carpets, even most delicate of area rugs.
- Pre-inspection – We will inspect your areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. We will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
- Edge cleaning – We will use our edging tool to remove all the dust bunnies that gather along the baseboards.
- Commercial Pre-vacuum – Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with our Commercial Vacuum. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
- Furniture Moving – Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. The furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs. Larger pieces such as beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure.
- Preconditioning & Pre-treating Spots – We will apply a special carpet “preconditioner” to your carpet. This loosens the soil and spots on the carpet.
- Agitation – The preconditioner is then agitated through the carpet by means of a special grooming tool to further loosen the soil.
- Rinse, Extract and Sanitize – Once the soil has been loosened, we will clean your carpets using our powerful, truck-mounted extractor. We will thoroughly flush your carpet with very hot water, the powerful vacuum will remove the soil and water so that the carpet is not left over wet. This step also sanitizes the carpet.
- Post Spot Treatment – If any difficult spots remain we will attempt to remove them with our specialty spot cleaning solutions and procedures.
Dry Bonnet – Some carpets (not all) benefit from a dry bonnet process. This assists in drying and can help prevent spots from returning while drying.
Carpet Protection (Optional) – At this point, we recommend that we reapply the carpet protector. Reapplying the carpet protector will help you to keep your carpets clean easier and longer, resist stains and your carpet will last longer, saving you money.

- Speed Dry – We know you want to your carpets dry as fast as possible, and so do we. So we take steps to speed up the drying of your carpets. These steps can include the use of our fans and setting up proper air movement and ventilation in your home.
- Post Grooming – The carpet is groomed to promote faster drying and to set the pile in place.
- Post Cleaning Inspection – We will inspect the cleaning results to insure that everything looks its best. If any touch ups are needed we will do them now before we are finished.
- Post Cleaning Review – After we are finished we will review your freshly cleaned carpets with you to insure that you are delighted with the cleaning results.
